Our Cooked Food Schedule
- We make all cooked food on a pre-order basis.
- 2 weeks advance notice is required for all Omakase meals.
- We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any omakase meal that you have placed with us.
- As we strive to provide our customers with only the freshest cooked food, we will only prepare the food upon order confirmation (upfront payment is required).
Our Dehydrated Treats Schedule
- As we strive to provide our customers with only the freshest treats, we prepare the treats on a pre-order basis, every 2 weeks.
- Please submit your orders by the 15th & last day of every month.
- If your purchase is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Your treats will be ready for dispatch within 2 weeks after your order!
Order Confirmation & Payment
- Prepared orders will not be refunded.
- All payments must be transferred before we confirm any offline orders.
Postage & Delivery Services
- For dehydrated treats orders above $40 - free shipping will be provided via Ninjapacks or Qxpress.
- For fresh homecooked food orders (below $120) - A nett fee of $16 will be applied. *Except for Sentosa island, Tuas and areas with entry restrictions.
- Please ensure that your address are entered correctly on the purchase order when you checkout. You may be charged an additional shipping fee at the prevailing rate if the address provided on the purchase order is incorrect.
- We no longer offer free normal postage services W.E.F 5 Aug 2020.
- For dehydrated treats orders below $18, $4 applies for postage fees.
- For dehydrated treats orders between $18 - $40, $2.50 applies for postage fees.
