Mini X'mas Yule log cake class
Curious about experiencing our classes firsthand? Join us for a one-time session at a special price of $168! Together, we'll create delicious treats using everyday ingredients, making baking at home a breeze. In this trial class, you will learn how to make a no-bake sweet potato log cake w/ strawberry santa, jellycat style!
*Bonus recipe for baked version will also be given.
No prior baking experience necessary!
All of my classes prioritize on hands-on session where you can learn from scratch and follow the same steps when you get home.

Max: 6 students per class.
This 2 hour class includes the following:
- Introduction on key ingredients & tools
- Assembling the meat base
- Preparing frosting
- How to frost the log with simple tools
- How to prepare snow cap for the log cake
- Making strawberry snowman
- Decorating the log cake
- Basic packaging
- AMA (Ask me anything!). E.g. Learn how to use alternative ingredients as substitutes
Each student will bring home:
- A set of mini log cake
- A set of recipe (physical + digital copies) from class
- Knowledge for life. You can make the log cake for the furkids anytime!
Terms & Conditions:
- Pork protein is supplied by default. Alternative protein will be charged extra.
- Refunds will only be made on a case-by-case basis in the event you are unable to attend.
