At Ola’s Favourites X Hej cakes, we believe every dog deserves to be celebrated — no matter the circumstance. The "Giving Pawject" is our small way of giving back to the ones that has given us so much love. This is not a contest, giveaway, or marketing ploy. It’s a community initiative to support pawrents who may not have the means to celebrate their dogs.
Each month, we’re gifting 3 cakes to doggos from lower-income families or households going through a tough time. Whether it's a birthday, gotcha day, or just a moment worth cherishing, we want to help make it special — not just for the pups, but for the people who love them deeply. This initiative is built on kindness, trust, and the simple joy of seeing a happy tail wag.

Eligibility Criteria
To ensure we reach those who need it most, here are a few simple guidelines:
- For Families in Need - This project is meant for dogs from families facing financial challenges — such as those receiving assistance, experiencing a loss of income, or managing high medical bills. When applying, just share a short 1–2 line explanation of your situation in the form (no detailed documents required — we trust you). Standard contact and pet details will also be requested.
- One Cake Per Household, Per Year - To keep things fair and allow more dogs to benefit, we kindly ask that each household requests for only 1 cake per year.
- Simple Flavour Selection - You’ll be able to choose a protein your dog enjoys (e.g., chicken, pork, fish), but the design will be lovingly decided by our volunteer baker based on available ingredients and inspiration.
