Our Dehydrated treats schedule
- We make all treats & flosses on a pre-order basis, every 2 weeks.
- We have a fixed cut-off time. Please submit your orders by 2359 hr, on the 15th & last day of every month. All orders submitted after the cut-off time will be processed in the next production cycle.
- If your purchase is successful (via Stripe or Paypal), you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Your treats will be ready for dispatch within 2 weeks after your order!
Delivery Services for treats
- Self-collection is not available for treats.
- For dehydrated treats orders above $50 - free shipping will be provided via Qxpress, which takes up to 3 days for delivery once shipped.
- Please ensure that your address are entered correctly on the purchase order when you checkout. You may be charged an additional shipping fee at the prevailing rate if the address provided on the purchase order is incorrect.
Surcharge:
- For dehydrated treats orders below $50, $5 applies for postage fees.
Delivery services for cakes & omakase items
- Self-collection is currently not available.
- Delivery timings are usually between 10am to 1pm or 4pm to 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific timing but you can put a note in the remarks section if you need the cake to be delivered during other timings. We will try to accommodate.
- For fresh food / cake orders below $180* - $20 applies for islandwide delivery by car (except for Sentosa, Tuas & Jurong Island). Last min/ PH surcharges applies from $5-$10.
- For fresh food / cake orders above $180* - free same-day delivery will be provided when the food is ready. This is for single batch purchases only.
- Please ensure that your address are entered correctly on the purchase order when you checkout. You may be charged an additional shipping fee at the prevailing rate if the address provided on the purchase order is incorrect.
MONTHLY OMAKASE GROUP BUYS
- A fixed date is set for the Omakase food delivery/ collection every month.
- Pre-order notice will be announced every month via Facebook & Instagram.
- We make all cooked food on a pre-order basis.
- We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule the Omakase group buys in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
- As we have limited manpower and we strive to provide our customers with only the freshest cooked food, food orders can only be confirmed upon upfront purchase online.
ADHOC OMAKASE ORDERS
- We take ad-hoc Omakase orders on a case-by-case basis, depending on schedule availability.
- There will be a $30 surcharge (not including delivery fees) for orders to be delivered on non group-buy dates as it is time-consuming to prepare the ingredients and cooking separately. The surcharge will be waived if a min. of $150 value is purchased.
- 2-weeks advance notice will be required.
- We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule the Omakase group buys in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation & Payment
- Prepared orders will not be refunded.
- All payments must be transferred before we confirm any offline orders.
