Delivery services for cakes
- Weekday delivery timings are usually between 9am to 1pm or 4pm-7pm.
- Weekend delivery timings are usually between 9am to 1pm.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific timing but you can put a note in the remarks section if you need the cake to be delivered during other timings. We will try to accommodate.
- For cake orders below $250* - $20 applies for island-wide delivery by car (Surcharge applies for deliveries to Sentosa, Tuas & Jurong Island).
- For cake orders above $250* - free delivery will be provided. Applicable for single batch purchases only.
- Please ensure that you check your delivery options correctly when you checkout. Customers will be charged an additional shipping fee at the prevailing rate for last minute changes or if the address provided on the purchase order is incorrect.
*Self-collection option is on case-by-case basis with strict collection hours (*IMPORTANT* 11am – 12pm). Please contact us before any purchase is made if you wish to self-collect. Customers will be charged at the prevailing rate for last min delivery services.
Date change/ cancellation policy
- Order amendments are not allowed within 3 days from the date of delivery/ collection.
- Payment made for confirmed orders will not be refunded. However, the amount can be kept as credit for your future order within 6 months (case-by-case basis).
