Our Pen Cai consists of the following highlights:
- Pork broth w/ minced Iberico meat (美人汤)
- 2 x Mixed meat balls (蔬菜肉球) - Your selected protein mixed with mixed veggies
- 2 x Meaty prawn balls (虾滑肉球) - Your selected protein mixed with homemade prawn paste
- Crispy Siobak 50g (脆皮烧肉)
- Baked Hamachi 30g（香烤黄尾鱼)
Also in bowl:
- 1 x Green-lipped mussel
- 1 x Baby abalone
- 1 x Scallop with grilled cheese
- Cordycep flowers & mixed veggies
All items are homemade with love from scratch, nothing nasty. Add-ons/ Upsize options are available.
The Pen Cai comes in a reheatable foil bowl. Food can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, or frozen for 2 months.
Self-collection details:
- Serangoon MRT station (Outside exit D, Serangoon blk 416 void deck) on Sunday, 30 January 2022 (3pm). Due to the covid-19 situation, time slots will be allotted for self-collection. We will be confirming the time slots nearer to the self-collection date.
- Delivery options @ $12 per location - please select the right option during checkout. A confirmation message will be sent to the hooman 1 day prior to the delivery.

- This pre-order is based on a 1st-come-1st-served basis.
- No change of dates are allowed.
- This is a fresh food item and can only be dispatched via courier services.
- A surcharge may apply for re-delivery or during public holidays.
