This is a hands-on (手把手) session where you can learn from scratch and follow the same steps when you get home.


Hint: These yummy treats contains zero oil, salt or additives! It’s all single ingredients!

  • Salmon floss toppers (salmon)
  • CNY Golden bak kwa (pork)


Max: 6 students per class.


Learn how to make the treats from scratch. Our class includes the following:


  • Understand key ingredients & meat parts
  • Use the right tools for each treat
  • Learn different cooking methods & temperature control
  • Bake crispy pork belly without any oil or salt
  • Make floss toppers with 2 different methods
  • Prepare Golden Bak Kwa from scratch (Not using sugar or honey!)
  • Use alternative ingredients as substitution
  • AMA (Ask me anything!)


Each student will bring home:

  • A set of your own creation
  • Recipes from class
  • Essential tools for the recipes



Terms & Conditions:

  • Pork protein is supplied by default (unless indicated otherwise). Alternative protein will be charged extra.
  • Refunds will only be made on a case-by-case basis in the event you are unable to attend.
  • Pets & children are not allowed for safety reasons.
