Our Pen Cai (est. 350g worth of ingredients) consists of the following highlights:
- Collagen Fish Maw & Iberico Pork Broth (美人汤)
- Lion's head meat balls (狮子头) - consists of selected meat & chinese yam
- Crispy siobak (脆皮烧肉)
- Baked hamachi（香烤鰤鱼)
- Iberico + pork loin slices OR Angus beef + beef knuckle slices OR Duck slices (香肉涮涮锅)
- King Prawn
- Quail egg
- Mixed veggies
All items are homemade with love from scratch, nothing nasty. Add-ons/ Upsize options are available.
The Pen Cai comes in a reheatable foil bowl. Food can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, or frozen for 2 months.
Delivery options @ $14 per location - please select the right option during checkout. A confirmation message will be sent to the hooman 1 day prior to the delivery.
