Homemade sausages using over 95% lean meat. There have 5 protein choices with lactose-free parmigiano cheese options.
Meat type:
- Grounded lean pork w/ pumpkin bits
- Grounded lean beef w/ pumpkin bits
- Grounded lean duck w/ pumpkin bits
- Grounded lean roo w/ pumpkin bits
- Vegan version - eggs, tofu & mushroom w/ pumpkin bits
Each sausage weighs est. 100g. We use pure hogs casings. All sausages will be blanched before we pack and seal. Simply toast/ pan-fry for a few mins & serve.
Notes:
- Meant as a treat for special occasions only.
- This is a fresh food item and can only be dispatched via courier services.
- Food can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen up to 3 months.
- Best to reheat before feeding for the ultimate yumminess!
